Founded by Cher Carlton, Cher Good Eats started in 2016 as a personal challenge: try one new restaurant every week. What began as a USC student’s dining diary has grown into a trusted food media platform and lifestyle brand rooted in curiosity, community, and cultural commentary.

By day, Cher is the Marketing Manager at Matfer Bourgeat USA, a French cookware company serving professional chefs across the globe. Her hands-on work in the food service industry, combined with years of media and content expertise, allows her to move fluidly between brand strategy and cultural storytelling.
